Those who wish to attend the Congress are encouraged to complete the online Registration Form.

Registration Entitlements

Full Registrations
The registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:

  • All sessions
  • All official documentation including program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon teas
  • Satchel
  • Welcome Reception
  • Mid Congress Tour – Wednesday 18th September

Group Registrations
Group registration forms can be obtained by contacting the Congress Managers at iahcongress2013@arinex.com.au

The Group registration form must be received by the Congress Managers on or before 17 June 2013 to be eligible for the early registration fee and payment must be received by 17 June 2013, even without the list of participants. Should this deadline not be met, the difference between early and standard registration fees will apply and must be paid in order to process the Group registration.

Student Registration
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. Student registrants are entitled to the following:

  • Official documentation including program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon teas
  • Satchel
  • Welcome Reception
  • Mid Congress Tour – Wednesday 18th September

Please note: A copy of your student identification card must be sent to the Congress Managers via fax or email to + 61 2 9267 5443. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.

Day Registrants
Day Registration entitles delegates to the following:

  • All sessions on the nominated day
  • Official documentation including program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on the nominated day
  • Satchel

Sponsors & Exhibitors
IAH 2013 Exhibitors will receive notification of access to a specific form in order to register staff to attend the Congress.

Requests for Funding/Subsidy

Delegates from developing countries are welcome to complete a request for funding to assist with registration fees for the Congress. A downloadable funding request form is available for completion. Please click here to download the form. You can return this form via email to iahcongress2013@arinex.com.au or fax to +61 2 9267 5443 prior to 15 May 2013. Please note this form is a request only. Strict criteria must be met in order to be considered for funding. The information requested on the form is a requirement of the funding program.

Registration Information

Credit Card Payments Online
Online Registration is preferred. Please visit our secure website www.iahcongress2013.org to register and book your accommodation in ‘real time’. Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card.

Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express . All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by arinex’.

Cheque
All payments by cheque incur an A$10 processing fee.

Cheque payments will only be accepted up until 12 August 2013. After this date, all registrations and accommodation bookings must be submitted online with credit card details at www.iahcongress2013.org

Cheques are to be made payable to IAH Congress 2013. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted.

Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.

You will not receive any further publications before the Congress. Your letter of acknowledgement will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Congress. At the Congress you will receive the final program, the book of published papers/Congress documentation and a list of delegates.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers.

Registration Fees:

  • Cancellation before 17 June 2013 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation before 12 August 2013 will result in forfeiture of 50% of fees paid.
  • There will be no refund on cancellations on and after 12 August 2013.

Accommodation Fees:

  • One night’s deposit must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
  • Deposit is non-refundable at 12 August 2013.

Social Function Fees:

  • Payments are non-refundable at 12 August 2013.

Mid Congress Tours:

  • Payments are non-refundable at 12 August 2013.

Entrance to the Congress
Each delegate will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to all included social functions. The Congress Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Congress and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Congress, or through cancellation of the Congress, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Congress Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

Private Touring/ Hospitality Arrangements
Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Congress Managers who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.

Private Functions
It is requested that you advise the Congress Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Congress Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.

The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Meeting timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation nor the meeting organisers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
The Congress organisers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Congress for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Congress and/or its content at their sole discretion.
